Cyvex Nutrition, Irvine, CA, has ap­pointed Matt Phillips president and COO. He will oversee day-to-day operations while leading efforts to achieve the company’s long-term goals. Mr. Phillips previously held several senior positions during his 11-year career with BI Nutra­ceuticals. Cyvex executive vice president and general manager Charlene Lee has left the company after four years to start her own marketing strategy and services firm, Fruition Marketing.
